采取“一人一方案”“一人一团队”措施，就是调集一切资源，以最强的技术力量、最佳的护理服务，为患者精准提供医护团队和诊疗方案，开展及时、高效、有针对性的治疗，提高治愈率。全国各地在救治工作中纷纷采用了这一模式。
在疫情形势依然严峻复杂，防控处在最吃劲的关键阶段，采取“一人一方案”“一人一团队”措施是落实“集中患者、集中专家、集中资源、集中救治”要求的具体体现，也是行之有效的救治工作经验。
