扶贫领域腐败和作风问题专项治理
中共十九届中央纪委坚决贯彻习近平的指示批示要求和中共中央决策部署,高度重视扶贫领域腐败和作风问题专项治理,把专项治理工作摆上重要日程。中央纪委决定从2018年到2020年,在全国开展扶贫领域的腐败和作风问题的专项治理,国务院扶贫开发领导小组也把2018年作为扶贫领域作风建设年。为此,中央纪委和国务院扶贫开发领导小组都制定了工作方案,进行了具体的工作部署,以重点解决两个方面的问题。一是“四个意识”不强,没有把脱贫攻坚摆在应有的位置。二是不够精准,工作落实不到位,考核评估不严肃、不严格。中央纪委和各地各部门坚持以上率下,深入基层调研督导,有效扎实推动工作,形成了主要领导亲自抓、分管领导具体抓、上下联动深入抓的工作格局,取得了初步成效。
Rectification of Corruption and Misconduct in Poverty Alleviation
Following the instructions of Xi Jinping and the plans of the CPC Central Committee, the 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection has been conducting a special nationwide campaign, from 2018 to 2020, to rectify corruption and address misconduct related to poverty alleviation. The State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development made 2018 the year for improving conduct in poverty alleviation.
These two organizations have devised specific work plans to tackle problems in two respects: One is a weak understanding of the “Four Consciousnesses” and insufficient weight given to poverty alleviation; the other is that measures taken are neither properly targeted nor fully applied, and the review of related work is lenient. The chief officials and others in charge of discipline inspection have all been involved in this rectification, conducting investigations and directing the work top-down with initial effects.
