辐照材料改性

辐照材料改性是中国产业化程度最高的辐射技术应用领域。2015年,改性材料产值72亿美元,其中线缆和热缩材料占70%以上。国内用于线缆辐射加工的电子加速器200余台,总功率接近15000千瓦。用于热缩材料辐射加工的电子加速器40余台,总功率约为3000千瓦。仅辐射交联电线电缆一项,年产值已超过40亿美元。其他比较成熟的辐照改性应用项目有:热缩材料、发泡材料、聚四氟乙烯超细粉、水凝胶伤口敷料、纤维辐照接枝改性、医用高分子材料等。在木塑材料、生物医学功能膜等方面也有望取得重大突破。最主要的改性材料生产商有深圳沃尔核材、中广核达胜、上海长园等。

Radiation Processing of Cables


Material Modification with Radiation Technology 

Material modification with radiation technology is the most widespread industrial use of radiation in China. In 2015, the output value of modified material was 7.2 billion US dollars, of which cables and heat-shrinkable materials accounted for more than 70%. More than 200 electron accelerators are in use for cable radiation processing, with a total capacity close to 15 MW. More than 40 electron accelerators are in use for radiation processing of heat-shrinkable materials, with a total capacity of about 3 MW. The annual output value of radiation cross-linked wires and cables has exceeded 4 billion US dollars. Radiation is also applied to modify heat shrinkable materials, foaming materials, ultra-fine polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder, hydrogel-based wound dressings, grafting and medical polymer materials. Major progress is also expected in radiation modification of wood-plastic materials and biomedical functional films. Major manufacturers include, among others, Shenzhen Woer Heat-shrinkable Material, CGN Dasheng and the Shanghai Changyuan Electronic Material Co., Ltd.
