增强中华文明传播力影响力是指要向世界讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音，展现可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象， 推动中华文化更好走向世界。“可信”展示的是中国的公信力，“可爱”展示的是中国的温润度，“可敬”展示的是中国的责任感，这些都是中华文明数千年沉淀的文化特质。一诺千金背后的“可信”、人伦和合背后的“可爱”、大同理想背后的“可敬”，是中华文明不间断传承的重要原因。

中国将坚守中华文化立场，坚持创造性转化、创新性发展，在世界舞台上讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音，展现中华文明的悠久历史和人文底蕴，促使世界读懂中国。

By strengthening our international communication capabilities, we will be better able to tell China's stories, make China's voice heard, and showcase a nation that is credible, appealing, and respectable-more accurately depicting China to the world. That China is credible, appealing, and respectable means that it is trustworthy, friendly, and highly responsible, all cultural traits that have been formulated over thousands of years of Chinese civilization. China is credible because it treasures the virtue of keeping promises, it is appealing because  it features harmonious relationships between people, and it is respectable because it strives for the common good. These are important reasons Chinese civilization has persisted.

China will firmly uphold Chinese culture and develop it creatively, tell China's stories well, make China's voice heard, highlight its long history and rich heritage, and help the world understand China.
