中国共产党地方委员会

《中国共产党地方委员会工作条例》指出，中国共产党的地方委员会在本地区发挥总揽全局、协调各方的领导核心作用，按照协调推进“四个全面”战略布局，对本地区经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设实行全面领导，对本地区党的建设全面负责。

党的地方委员会主要实行政治、思想和组织领导，把方向、管大局、作决策、保落实。党的地方委员会由同级党代

表大会选举产生，由委员、候补委员组成，每届任期五年。党的地方委员会委员、候补委员配备应当具有代表性，符合党龄、年龄、性别、专业等方面要求。党的地方委员会的常务委员会由党的地方委员会全体会议选举产生，由党的地方委员会书记、副书记和常委会其他委员组成。

Local Committees of the CPC

According to the Regulations of the CPC on the Local Committees, the local committees, playing the role of leadership core, guide the overall situation and coordinate the work of all relevant departments in the local regions. In line with the Four-pronged Comprehensive Strategy, they exercise overall leadership over local economic, political, cultural, social and eco-environmental development. They are responsible for the development of the Party in their regions.

The local committees mainly exercise political, theoretical and organizational leadership, setting the right direction, managing the overall conditions, making decisions, and ensuring their implementation. They are elected for a term of five years at the Party congresses at the corresponding levels and are composed of members and alternative members. These members provide broad representation and are well-qualified in terms of length of Party membership, age, gender, and professional proficiency.

The standing committee of a local Party committee is elected at the plenary meeting of the said local Party committee, and its members include the secretary and the deputy secretaries of the said local Party committee.
