保持战略清醒
战略问题是一个政党、一个国家的根本性问题。战略上判断得准确，战略上谋划得科学，战略上赢得主动，中国共产党和人民事业就大有希望。
重视战略策略是马克思主义政党一以贯之的要求。在百年奋斗历程中，中国共产党之所以能够取得革命、建设、改革的伟大胜利和辉煌成就，就在于坚持以马克思主义为指导，既解决现实问题，又解决战略问题，始终保持着战略清醒。中国共产党是一个大党，领导的是一个大国，进行的是伟大的事业，要善于进行战略思维，善于从战略上看问题、想问题。为此，要保持战略清醒，对各种风险挑战做到胸中有数；保持战略自信，增强斗争的底气；保持战略主动，增强斗争本领。
Maintaining strategic prudence
Strategic issues are fundamental to a political party and a country. Making accurate strategic judgment, doing sensible strategic planning, and gaining strategic initiative will brighten the prospects of the undertakings of the CPC and the Chinese people.
Marxist parties have always attached importance to their strategies and tactics. Over its endeavors of more than 100 years, the CPC has achieved glorious victories and remarkable successes in China's revolution, construction, and reform. This has to be attributed to the fact that it has taken Marxism as its guide on solving practical problems and addressing strategic issues and maintained strategic prudence. The CPC is a large party governing a populous country and undertaking a great cause, and this requires it to have strategic perspectives, remain clear-headed in face of risks and challenges, have full confidence to conduct struggle, and maintain the initiative to address challenges.
