生态环境根本好转
中共二十大报告统揽中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局，对推动绿色发展、促进人与自然和谐共生作出重大决策部署，进一步明确到2035年“生态环境根本好转，美丽中国目标基本实现”，并将“城乡人居环境明显改善，美丽中国建设成效显著”列入未来五年的主要目标任务。
建设美丽中国，要大力推进生态文明建设和生态环境保护。要着力推进形成绿色发展方式和生活方式，还自然以宁静、和谐、美丽；着力解决大气、水、土壤污染等突出环境问题，持续改善生态环境质量；着力加强生态系统保护和修复，增加优质生态产品供给；着力深化生态文明体制改革，完善生态环境管理制度。
Fundamentally improving the environment
The report to the 20th CPC National Congress took decisions and made plans on promoting green development and harmony between humanity and nature. It set "fundamentally improving the environment and largely accomplishing the goal of building a Beautiful China" as one of China's overall development objectives for the year 2035 and defined "substantially improving urban and rural living environments and making notable progress in building a Beautiful China" as one of the main objectives and tasks to be accomplished in the next five years (2022-2027).
To build a Beautiful China, it is important to build an eco-civilization and strengthen eco-environmental conservation. The country will promote green development models and eco-friendly lifestyle in order to create a tranquil, harmonious, and beautiful natural environment, address air, water, and soil pollution and other major environmental problems to further improve the eco-environment, preserve and restore the ecosystems to increase the provision of quality ecosystem goods and services, and further reform the systems for building an eco-civilization and improve those for eco-environmental management.
