广泛形成绿色生产生活方式
生态文明建设是关系中华民族永续发展的根本大计。促进经济社会发展全面绿色转型，是解决中国资源和生态环境问题的基础之策，也是实现高质量发展、可持续发展的重要支撑。中共二十大报告将“广泛形成绿色生产生活方式”列入2035年中国发展的总体目标，并作出重要部署。
绿色生产方式主要体现在构建科技含量高、资源消耗低、环境污染少的绿色生产体系，涉及产业结构调整和优化升级、绿色供应链创新技术与应用。绿色生活方式倡导人们在日常生活中厉行节约、保护生态环境，涉及绿色消费、绿色出行、节水节电、垃圾分类等。推动生产方式绿色转型和生活方式绿色革命协同发力，要完整准确全面贯彻新发展理念，正确处理经济发展和环境保护的关系，大力发展生态经济，培育发展新质生产力，提高产业智能化绿色化水平，强化环境综合治理，积极稳妥推进碳达峰碳中和，形成绿色消费风尚。
Developing eco-friendly ways of work and life
Building an eco-civilization is of vital importance to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. Promoting the transition to a green economy and society is a basic policy to address problems related to resources and the environment, which is also crucial to high-quality sustainable development. The report to the 20th CPC National Congress set "broadly establishing eco-friendly ways of work and life" as one of China's overall development objectives for the year 2035.
Eco-friendly ways of work are green means of production characterized by high technology, low consumption of resources, and minimal pollution. They often involve adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure and application of innovative technologies to form green supply chains. Eco-friendly ways of life value frugality and protection of the eco-environment and involve green consumption, green traveling, saving of water and power, and household waste sorting.
To promote the transition to green ways of work and a green lifestyle, China will fully and faithfully apply the new development philosophy on all fronts, properly balance economic development and environmental protection, energetically promote the environmental economy, foster new quality productive forces, make the industries smarter and more eco-friendly, reinforce comprehensive environmental governance, work actively yet prudently toward peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality, and set a trend of green consumption.
