人的全面发展取得更为明显的实质性进展
中国共产党历来重视人的发展，强调人的发展与社会发展、与社会现代化的辩证统一。中共二十大报告提出，到2035年，人的全面发展要取得更为明显的实质性进展。
推动人的全面发展，是马克思主义的基本价值取向，是科学社会主义的重要价值目标。人的全面发展是一个随着生产力、生产关系的发展不断发展和完善的过程，是社会生产和生活进步的需要，也是社会主义社会文明与进步的重要标志。在中国的社会主义制度下，既要不断解放和发展社会生产力，不断创造和积累社会财富，又要防止两极分化，切实推动人的全面发展、全体人民共同富裕取得更为明显的实质性进展。当前，把促进人的全面发展作为中国特色社会主义各项事业的重要目标，既反映了中国经济发展和社会进步的迫切要求，也是对马克思科学社会主义理论的继承、丰富和发展。
