农村基本具备现代生活条件
民族要复兴，乡村必振兴。乡村是广大农民群众安居乐业的家园，是建设美丽中国的底色和基础。中共二十大报告将“农村基本具备现代生活条件”列入2035年中国发展的总体目标，为加快农村现代化提供了重要指引。
农村基本具备现代生活条件，是新时期新征程扎实推进共同富裕的内在要求，包括生活便利、生活设施、公共服务、生态环境、乡村风貌等多个方面。其中，生活便利是农村实现现代生活的前提和基础，乡村水电路气讯和物流等生活基础设施要基本配套完备，教育、医疗、养老等公共服务资源要能够较为快捷地同等享受到；环境优美是农村实现现代生活的标志和象征，既要保留好乡村传统特色风貌和田园风光，又要营造良好的人居环境，实现人与自然和谐相处。
Ensuring modern standards of living in rural areas
China's rejuvenation calls for rural revitalization. The countryside should provide a pleasant environment for rural residents to live and work in. This is in part what a Beautiful China means.
The report to the 20th CPC National Congress set "ensuring modern standards of living in rural areas" as one of China's overall development objectives for the year 2035, which will guide the drive for rural modernization.
To ensure modern standards of living in rural areas is an essential requirement for common prosperity. These include convenience, facilities, public services, the environment, and rural views and styles.
Convenience is a precondition for modern life in rural areas. Water, power, road, gas, communication, logistics, and other facilities must be available. Education, medical services, elderly care, and other public services should be accessible to all rural residents. As a pleasant environment is a mark of rural modernization, traditional communities and native rural scenery will be maintained, while a livable environment will be created to ensure harmony between humanity and nature.
