建成人才强国
培养造就大批德才兼备的高素质人才，是国家和民族长远发展大计。中国共产党始终重视培养人才、团结人才、引领人才、成就人才，团结和支持各方面人才为党和人民事业建功立业。中共十八大以来，中共中央作出人才是实现民族振兴、赢得国际竞争主动的战略资源的重大判断，不断深化对国家人才事业发展的规律性认识。中共二十大报告进一步作出到2035年“建成人才强国”的重大战略部署，强调了人才对建设社会主义现代化强国的极端重要性，为中国人才事业发展指明了方向。
要建成人才强国，必须坚持人才是第一资源，继续深入实施人才强国战略，坚持党管人才原则，深化人才发展体制机制改革，实施更加积极、更加开放、更加有效的人才政策，加快建设国家战略人才力量，培养造就大批德才兼备的高素质人才。
Becoming a powerhouse of talent
Cultivating a large talented workforce with both integrity and professional competence is of critical importance to the long-term development of the Chinese nation. The CPC always attaches importance to nurturing, uniting, and guiding talent, enabling them to attain success, and supporting their contribution to China's national goals.
Since 2012, the central Party leadership has regarded talent as a strategic resource for realizing national rejuvenation and gaining the initiative in international competition and acquired a deeper understanding of talent development. The report to the 20th CPC National Congress made the decision to build China into a talent-strong country by the year 2035. This reaffirmed the significance of talent to building a great modern socialist country in all respects.
Talent is a country's most important resource. China will continue to implement the workforce development strategy, follow the principle of the Party managing talent, further reform the systems and mechanisms for talent development, adopt more proactive, open, and effective policies on talent, speed up efforts to develop expertise of strategic importance, and cultivate a large talented workforce who have both integrity and professional competence.
