建成教育强国
教育是国之大计、党之大计。教育兴则国家兴，教育强则国家强。中共十八大以来，中共中央作出加快教育现代化、建设教育强国的重大决策，中共二十大报告进一步将“建成教育强国”列入2035年中国发展的总体目标。
教育强国建设是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的战略先导，是实现高水平科技自立自强的重要支撑，是促进全体人民共同富裕的有效途径，是以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程。教育强国建设，建设的是中国特色社会主义教育强国，必须以坚持党对教育事业的全面领导为根本保证，以立德树人为根本任务，以为党育人、为国育才为根本目标，以服务中华民族伟大复兴为重要使命，以教育理念、体系、制度、内容、方法、治理现代化为基本路径，以支撑引领中国式现代化为核心功能，办好人民满意的教育。
Becoming an education powerhouse
Education is of critical importance to the future of China and the CPC. A country will thrive when its education is thriving; a country will be full of hope when its education is well developed.
Since 2012, the CPC Central Committee has worked to speed up the modernization of education and develop a strong educational sector. The report to the 20th CPC National Congress set "building China into a leading country in education" as one of China's overall development objectives for the year 2035.
To make China a powerhouse of education is a precondition for building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects, a solid foundation for greater self-reliance and strength in science and technology, an effective way to promote common prosperity, and an important means to advance national rejuvenation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization.
The CPC's leadership over education guarantees a socialist country with strong education. The basic task is to foster virtue through education, the ultimate goal is to cultivate talent for the Party and the country, and the mission of the educators is to serve national rejuvenation. Modernization of the philosophy, systems, institutions, contents, methods, and management of education will support China's overall modernization drive and help develop education that meets the people's expectations.
