基本实现信息化
当今世界，信息技术革命日新月异，对国际政治、经济、文化、社会、军事等领域发展产生了深刻影响，中国信息化已进入加快数字化发展、建设数字中国的新阶段。习近平总书记指出，信息化为中华民族带来了千载难逢的机遇。中共二十大报告再次明确了到2035年基本实现信息化的目标，对信息化建设作出阶段性战略安排。信息化是贯彻新发展理念、建设现代化经济体系的重要组成部分，是推进中国式现代化的动力之一。
信息化建设促进了协同高效的数字政府服务体系的完善，为提高国家管理和社会治理水平提供了新的工具。实现信息化要求加快网络信息技术自主创新，实现自主核心技术突破，构建安全可控的信息技术体系，推进信息化数字基础设施建设，让人民群众共享信息化发展成果。
Basically achieving informatization
In the world today, an ongoing revolution in information technology (IT) is bringing about rapid and radical changes and exerting a profound influence on international politics, economy, culture, society, and military. China has entered a stage of accelerated digitalization and is building a digital country. As Xi Jinping puts it, informatization has brought unprecedented opportunities to China. Basically achieving informatization was reconfirmed as a goal for the year 2035 in the report to the 20th CPC National Congress. Informatization is an important part of the effort to apply the new development philosophy and build a modernized economy. It is also one of the driving forces for advancing Chinese modernization.
Informatization has led to greater coordination and efficiency in the digital government service system and provided new tools for improving state governance and social management. In order to let the people benefit from informatization, China needs to accelerate innovation in its network-based IT, make core technological breakthroughs, build a safe and controllable IT system, and advance IT-based digital infrastructure.
