进入创新型国家前列
中共十八大以来，中国科技创新坚持面向世界科技前沿、面向经济主战场、面向国家重大需要、面向人民生命健康，走出了一条从人才强、科技强，到产业强、经济强、国家强的发展道路。2023年，我国科技研发投入较快增长，全社会研发经费投入超3.3万亿元，增长8.1%，其中基础研究经费增长9.3%。研发经费投入强度升至2.64%，再创历史新高。中国在全球创新版图中的地位和作用发生了新的变化，既是国际前沿创新的重要参与者，也是共同解决全球性问题的重要贡献者，顺利进入创新型国家行列，正处在迈向创新型国家前列的关键时期。
Joining the ranks of most innovative countries
Since 2012, China has supported scientific and technological innovation targeting the global frontiers, the development of the economy, the major needs of the country, and the health and safety of the Chinese people and followed a path backed by abundant human resources, great scientific and technological strength, growing industries, a booming economy, and robust national development.
China's nationwide R&D spending exceeded 3.3 trillion yuan in 2023, up 8.1 percent year on year, including a 9.3-percent growth in spending on basic research. The ratio of R&D spending to GDP was 2.64 percent, the highest in history. With its status and role in global innovation having changed greatly, the country has now become an important participant in frontier innovations and contributes key solutions to global issues. It has joined the ranks of the world's innovators and is becoming one of the most innovative countries.
