中国共产党坚守人民至上理念，突出现代化方向的人民性。人民是中国式现代化的主体，中国共产党坚持把人民对美好生活的向往作为奋斗目标，让中国式现代化建设成果更多更公平地惠及全体人民。
同时，中国共产党倡导弘扬全人类共同价值。和平、发展、公平、正义、民主、自由是各国人民的共同追求，中国本着对人类前途命运高度负责的态度，做全人类共同价值的倡导者，以宽广胸怀理解不同文明对价值内涵的认识，尊重不同国家人民对价值实现路径的探索，主张把全人类共同价值具体地、现实地体现到实现本国人民利益的实践中去。
每个国家自主探索符合本国国情的现代化道路的努力都应该受到尊重。中国共产党愿同各国政党交流互鉴现代化建设经验，共同丰富走向现代化的路径，更好为本国人民和世界各国人民谋幸福。
Outlook on values
The CPC puts the people first and ensures that modernization is people-centered. The people play a principal role in Chinese modernization. The CPC regards the people's aspirations for a better life as its goal and strives to ensure that the gains of modernization benefit all the people fairly.
The CPC holds dear the shared values of humanity: peace, development, fairness, justice, democracy, and freedom. With a strong sense of responsibility for the future of humanity, China champions these common values, encourages broad-minded tolerance toward the understanding of values by different civilizations, and respects the right of different peoples to turn their values into reality. It maintains that the shared human values should be translated by individual countries to serve the interests of their own people in concrete and realistic ways.
The efforts of every country to independently explore a modernization path that suits its national conditions should be respected. The CPC is willing to share its experience with the political parties of other countries to jointly explore more alternative paths toward modernization and better improve the wellbeing of their own people and other peoples in the world.
