发展全过程人民民主
民主是全人类共同价值。全过程人民民主是社会主义民主政治的本质属性，是中国式现代化的本质要求。中国式现代化是亿万人民自己的事业，人民是中国式现代化的主体。全面建成社会主义现代化强国，人民是决定性力量。必须紧紧依靠人民，尊重人民创造精神，汇集全体人民的智慧和力量，才能推动中国式现代化不断向前发展。
中国发展全过程人民民主，坚持党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国有机统一，健全人民当家作主制度体系，拓展民主渠道，丰富民主形式，扩大人民有序政治参与，确保人民依法通过各种途径和形式管理国家事务，管理经济和文化事业，管理社会事务，充分激发全体人民的积极性主动性创造性，以主人翁精神满怀热忱地投入到现代化建设中来。

Developing whole-process people's democracy
Democracy is one of the shared values of humanity. Whole-process people's democracy is the defining feature of socialist democracy and one of the essential requirements of Chinese modernization.
Chinese modernization is an undertaking involving hundreds of millions of Chinese people. The people are the main actors in this process and a decisive force in building China into a modern socialist country in all respects. China has to rely on the people, respect their creativity, and make the best of their wisdom and strength in order to move modernization forward.
China has developed whole-process people's democracy and upheld the unity of the CPC's leadership, the position of the people as masters of the country, and law-based governance. It has improved the institutions for ensuring the people's status as masters of the country, expanded democratic channels, diversified the forms of democracy, and encouraged orderly involvement of the people in political affairs, so as to ensure that the people can participate in various ways in the management of state, economic, cultural, and social affairs in accordance with the law. This has helped spark the people's enthusiasm and creativity and motivated them to contribute to the drive for modernization.
The CPC has inspired, encouraged, and motivated the nation with the bright prospect of modernization, promoted harmonious relations among different political parties, ethnic groups, religions, social groups, and nationals at home and abroad, and united the Chinese people to strive as a mighty force in building China into a modern socialist country in all respects.
