“国际青年领袖对话”项目
“国际青年领袖对话”项目是由当代中国与世界研究院和全球化智库发起的中外青年交流机制，以对话、多元和外交为特色，倡导各国青年秉持人类命运共同体理念，为完善全球治理汇聚国际化、年轻化、多元化力量。项目自2020年12月启动以来，陆续通过年度论坛、考察调研、短期研修、系列沙龙等形式，为不同文明、不同国家、不同领域的青年搭建交流思想、互学互鉴、增进友谊的对话平台，推动形成活跃的国际青年英才社区网络。
2021年8月，习近平给“国际青年领袖对话”项目外籍青年代表回信，对他们积极到中国各地走访、深化对华了解表示赞赏，鼓励他们加强交流互鉴，为推动构建人类命运共同体贡献青春力量。
在“国际青年领袖对话”项目框架下，“国际青年中国行”走进中国多地，让各国青年在参观体验中感知中国、互学互鉴。“国际青年智汇行动”围绕人类命运共同体、包容性发展、科技创新、生态文明和环保、文化等全球性议题，面向全球青年人才征集创新提案，评选出有代表性、创新性的十佳提案进行发布展示。“国际青年英才对话论坛”邀请国内外各领域杰出青年代表与国际知名的专家学者、行业精英开展对话交流。
Global Young Leaders Dialogue
This is a mechanism jointly initiated by the Academy of Contemporary China and World Studies and the Center for China and Globalization to promote exchanges between Chinese and foreign youth. With dialogue, diversity, and diplomacy as its features, this program calls on the young people with diverse backgrounds to contribute to the improvement of global governance and the building of a community with a shared future for humanity.
Since its launch in December 2020, annual forums, researches and studies, short-term training programs, and salons have been organized. These have enabled young people with diverse regional, cultural, and professional backgrounds across the globe to exchange views, learn from each other, increase friendship, and build a network of dynamic communities worldwide.
In August 2021, Xi Jinping wrote a letter of reply to the program participants, in which he praised their active visits to various parts of China to know more about of the country and encouraged them to increase exchanges and mutual learning so as to contribute to the building of a community with a shared future for humanity.
The GYLD China Tour has organized visits to different places around China to help young people broaden their experience. The WiseDemo Campaign solicits innovative proposals from international youth focusing on issues such as building a community with a shared future for humanity, inclusive development, scientific and technological innovation, eco-environmental protection, and culture. The GYLD Annual Forum invites outstanding young people from different fields and world-renowned experts to engage in face-to-face dialogue.
