尼山世界文明论坛

尼山世界文明论坛是以中国古代伟大的思想家、教育家孔子的诞生地——尼山命名，以开展世界不同文明对话为主题的国际思想文化对话交流平台，旨在弘扬中华优秀文化、促进中外文明交流。首届尼山论坛于2010年9月举办，截至2025年10月已举办十一届。

多年来，尼山世界文明论坛从试办探索逐步走向成熟，从单一学术论坛扩展为人文综合论坛，论坛的权威性、国际化程度和影响力不断提升。论坛坚持“各美其美，美人之美，美美与共，天下大同”原则，广泛邀请中外专家学者，深入开展学术交流，在沟通古今、连接中外，推进全球文化多样性方面发挥了积极作用。

Nishan Forum on World Civilizations

Named after Nishan, the birthplace of Confucius, a great ancient Chinese philosopher and educator, the Nishan Forum on World Civilizations is a platform for exchanges among civilizations. Its mission is to promote the best of traditional Chinese culture and expand exchanges among world civilizations. The first forum was held in September 2010, with 10 subsequent sessions convened by October 2025.

Over the years, the event has evolved from an academic workshop to a comprehensive forum with an authoritative voice and greater international scale and influence. 

Following the principle of "valuing one's own culture and the cultures of others to contribute to the flourishing of all cultures in a world with universal harmony", the forum is playing a positive role in promoting global cultural diversity with contributions from experts worldwide.
