中拉文明对话论坛
中拉文明对话论坛创办于2017年，已成为践行全球文明倡议、促进中国同拉美和加勒比国家之间公共对话、深化中拉文明交流互鉴的重要平台，截至2025年10月已举办八届。
中拉文明对话是全球文明对话合作网络的重要一环。多年来，中拉文明对话论坛从最初的单一倡议发展到中拉两地众多机构的共同行动，从在中国国内举办到探索中拉两地轮流举办，从国际论坛和学术研讨到文明对话合作网络，从文化文明交流到发展知识合作，不断推动中拉文明对话机制走向成熟。
连续举办的中拉文明对话论坛已经成为中拉文明对话的品牌活动，为两大文明交流对话搭建桥梁。2021年第四届论坛发布的《中拉文明对话论坛北京宣言》，倡导推动形成中拉文明对话论坛合作网络，以共商、共建、共享精神搭建中拉知识交流与合作平台，积极开展联合研究和联合出版，共建中拉学术共同体。2023年第六届论坛成立的“中拉发展合作和知识分享联盟”，为中拉学术界、媒体界、工商界开展平等互信、包容互鉴的发展合作搭建多双边交流与合作平台。
Dialogue Between the Civilizations of China and the LAC
First held in 2017, this dialogue has become an important platform for implementing the GCI, promoting public dialogue between China and the Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) countries, and increasing exchanges between the civilizations of China and the LAC. Eight dialogues had been held by October 2025.
Dialogue between the civilizations of China and the LAC is an important link in the global network for inter-civilizational dialogue and cooperation. This dialogue mechanism is steadily maturing from an innovative initiative to diverse activities with active participation on both sides. Formerly hosted in China, it is now held in turns by the two sides, and its remit has expanded from an international workshop for academic discussions to a network for dialogue and cooperation between civilizations, and from cultural exchanges to development knowledge sharing.
The event has now become a flagship event for cultural exchanges between China and the LAC. The Beijing Declaration released at the fourth event in 2021 advocated building a cooperative network under the dialogue mechanism, building a platform for knowledge exchanges and sharing between China and the LAC countries in the spirit of extensive consultation and joint contribution for shared benefit, and supporting joint research and publication to build a China-LAC academic community with a shared future.
A China-LAC alliance of development cooperation and knowledge sharing was established at the sixth event in 2023 to facilitate bilateral and multilateral exchanges and cooperation among the academic circles, the media, and the business community.
