“读懂中国”国际会议

“读懂中国”国际会议是中国国家创新与发展战略研究会、中国人民外交学会等主办的大型国际性会议，会议创办于2013年，自2020年起正式机制化，截至2025年10月，已成功举办八届。先后有数百位来自世界各国的政治家、学者、企业家等参会。

自会议创办以来，习近平曾多次参与会议活动，包括会见与会国际嘉宾、发表视频致辞或向会议致贺信。习近平指出“读懂今天的中国，必须读懂中国共产党”“读懂中国，关键要读懂中国式现代化”“读懂中国，需要读懂进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化”。“读懂中国”国际会议已成为世界了解中国发展战略最具影响力的平台之一。

Understanding China Conference

This is a large international conference jointly hosted by the China Institute for Innovation and Development Strategy, the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs, and other organizations. It was initiated in 2013 and became a formal mechanism in 2020. By October 2025, eight events had been held, attracting hundreds of politicians, scholars, and businesspeople from around the world.

Xi Jinping has taken part in conference activities multiple times – meeting overseas guests, delivering a speech via video link, and sending congratulatory letters. He pointed out that to understand China today, one must first understand the CPC; and to understand China, one must first understand its reform and modernization efforts. The conference has now become an influential platform communicating China's development strategies to the world.
