中国共产党与世界政党高层对话会
中国共产党与世界政党高层对话会是中国共产党与全球各类政党之间的高层对话机制，由中共中央对外联络部主办。
2017年11月，首次中国共产党与世界政党高层对话会在北京举行。这场对话会吸引了来自120多个国家的近300个政党和政治组织的领导人参加，是中国共产党成立以来首次与全球各类政党举行的高层对话，也是世界范围内出席人数最多的全球政党领导人对话会，在世界政党史上具有突破性意义。在此次会议上，习近平发表题为《携手建设更加美好的世界》的主旨讲话，呼吁各国政党顺应时代发展潮流、把握人类进步大势、顺应人民共同期待，共襄构建人类命运共同体的伟业。会议通过《中国共产党与世界政党高层对话会 北京倡议》，提出政党间应增进互信、加强沟通、密切协作，探索在新型国际关系的基础上建立求同存异、相互尊重、互学互鉴的新型政党关系，汇聚构建人类命运共同体的强大力量。
2021年7月，在中国共产党成立100周年之际，中国共产党与世界政党领导人峰会以视频连线方式举行，旨在同世界各国政党加强治国理政经验交流互鉴，共同应对世界百年变局带来的挑战，增强为人民谋幸福的理念和能力，促进世界和平与发展，推动构建人类命运共同体。
2023年3月，中国共产党与世界政党高层对话会以视频连线方式举行。会上，习近平提出全球文明倡议，并就政党如何引领和推动现代化进程提出5点主张，即坚守人民至上理念，突出现代化方向的人民性；秉持独立自主原则，探索现代化道路的多样性；树立守正创新意识，保持现代化进程的持续性；弘扬立己达人精神，增强现代化成果的普惠性；保持奋发有为姿态，确保现代化领导的坚定性。
The CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties High-Level Meeting
This is a high-level dialogue mechanism for the CPC and other non-Chinese political parties, hosted by the International Department of the CPC Central Committee.
The first dialogue opened in Beijing in late November 2017. Delegates representing nearly 300 political parties and other political organizations from over 120 countries attended the event. That was the CPC's first high-level meeting with so many political parties since it was founded in 1921. It was also a global dialogue of party leaders with the most participants.
Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech entitled "Working Together to Build a Better World" at the meeting. He called on the attendees to move with the tide of the times, gain a good understanding of the general trends of human progress, meet the common expectations of the people, and join hands in building a community with a shared future for humanity.
The delegates adopted the Beijing Initiative, which advocated that political parties from different countries should increase mutual trust, strengthen communication, and work closely to forge a new form of party-to-party relations that reflects a new type of international relations and is characterized by seeking common ground while reserving differences, mutual respect, and mutual learning, so as to create a mighty force for building a community with a shared future for humanity.
Around the centenary of the CPC in July 2021, the CPC and World Political Parties Summit was held online. Leaders of political parties from around the world exchanged views on governance to respond to the ongoing global changes unseen in a century, increase their commitment and capabilities as they work for the people's wellbeing, and promote world peace and development and the building of a community with a shared future for humanity.
At the CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties High-level Meeting, held online in March 2023, Xi Jinping proposed the GCI and shared his five observations about the role of political parties in the modernization process:
• putting the people first and ensuring that modernization is people-centered;
• upholding the principle of independence and exploring diversified paths toward modernization;
• upholding fundamental principles while breaking new ground and ensuring continuity of the modernization process;
• helping others succeed while pursuing one's own success and ensuring that all can enjoy the outcomes of modernization;
• forging ahead with enterprise and ensuring firm leadership over modernization.
