“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛
“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛是“一带一路”框架下最高规格的国际活动，是中国首倡、中国主办的高层级、大规模的多边外交活动，也是各方共商、共建“一带一路”，共享互利合作成果的重要国际性合作平台，截至2025年10月已举办三届。
首届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛于2017年5月在北京举行，主题为“加强国际合作，共建‘一带一路’，实现共赢发展”。来自140多个国家和80多个国际组织的代表参会，围绕政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通等“五通”展开深入讨论和交流。习近平出席并主持高峰论坛相关活动，提出要将“一带一路”建成和平之路、繁荣之路、开放之路、创新之路、文明之路。首届论坛明确了未来“一带一路”合作方向，规划了“一带一路”建设具体路线图，确定了一批“一带一路”重点项目，共形成76大项、270多项具体成果。
第二届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛于2019年4月在北京举行，主题为“共建‘一带一路’、开创美好未来”。来自150个国家和90多个国际组织的代表参会。习近平出席并主持高峰论坛相关活动，宣示推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展的理念。与会各方达成高质量共建“一带一路”、构建全球互联互通伙伴关系的重要共识，形成6大类283项务实合作成果，成为推动“一带一路”建设从“大写意”迈向“工笔画”的里程碑。
第三届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛于2023年10月在北京举行，主题为“高质量共建‘一带一路’，携手实现共同发展繁荣”。来自151个国家和41个国际组织的代表来华参会。习近平出席高峰论坛开幕式并发表主旨演讲，总结“一带一路”国际合作10年来取得的丰硕成果和宝贵经验，宣布中国支持高质量共建“一带一路”的八项行动。与会各方达成以团结合作、开放共赢的精神开启高质量共建“一带一路”新阶段的重要共识，形成458项务实合作成果。
“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛的举办，展现了“一带一路”高质量发展的光明前景，彰显了中国在推动全球经济发展和国际合作中的责任与担当。
Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation
This is the highest-level international event organized under the framework of the BRI. Initiated and hosted by China, it is a large-scale multilateral diplomatic event and an important international platform where all participating parties can engage in consultation to facilitate Belt and Road cooperation and share mutually beneficial outcomes. Three events had been held by October 2025.
China hosted the first forum in Beijing in May 2017. The theme was "Strengthening International Cooperation in Building the Belt and Road for Win-win Development". Representatives from more than 140 countries and over 80 international organizations came to the event and exchanged views on policy coordination, infrastructure connectivity, unimpeded trade, financial integration, and people-to-people ties. Xi Jinping attended some of the events, and the Chinese president called on all parties to build the Belt and Road into a road of peace, prosperity, opening up, and innovation that connects different civilizations. The forum set the direction of future cooperation, specified a timetable, and decided on key Belt and Road projects, before concluding with over 270 deliverables.
The second forum was held in the Chinese capital in April 2019. Its theme was "Belt and Road Cooperation: Shaping a Brighter Shared Future". It attracted participants from 150 countries and over 90 international organizations. Xi Jinping participated in some of the activities and expounded on high-quality Belt and Road cooperation. The attendees achieved consensus on promoting high-quality Belt and Road cooperation and building a global partnership of connectivity. The forum concluded with 283 deliverables, representing a milestone in the evolution of the BRI from a master plan to the launch of specific projects.
The third forum was held, also in Beijing, in October 2023. Its theme was "High-quality Belt and Road Cooperation: Together for Common Development and Prosperity". It attracted participants from 151 countries and 41 international organizations. At the opening ceremony,
Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech in which he reviewed the achievements of the past decade and announced eight major steps that China would take to support high-quality Belt and Road cooperation. The participants reached agreement on beginning a new phase of high-quality Belt and Road cooperation based on solidarity and openness for win-win outcomes. The forum concluded with 458 deliverables.
The hosting of these forums demonstrates the bright prospects for high-quality Belt and Road cooperation and displays China's determination to promote global economic development and international cooperation.
