全人类共同价值
2015年9月，习近平在第70届联合国大会一般性辩论上提出，和平、发展、公平、正义、民主、自由，是全人类的共同价值，也是联合国的崇高目标。
和平与发展关乎人类生存，公平与正义关乎国际秩序，民主与自由关乎社会理想。全人类共同价值凝聚了人类不同文明的价值共识，反映了世界各国人民普遍认同的价值理念的最大公约数，超越了意识形态、社会制度和发展水平差异，顺应历史潮流，契合时代需要。
中国一方面倡导弘扬全人类共同价值，凝聚不同民族、不同信仰、不同文化、不同地域人民的共识；另一方面主张尊重各国对全人类共同价值实现路径的选择，把全人类共同价值具体地、现实地体现到实现本国人民利益的实践中去。
Common values of humanity
In September 2015, at the general debate of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly, Xi Jinping stated that peace, development, equity, justice, democracy, and freedom are the common values of all mankind and the lofty goals of the UN.
Of these values, peace and development are vital to human existence, equity and justice underpin the international order, and democracy and freedom affect social ideals. They are the shared values of different civilizations and represent the greatest common ground of all nations, as they transcend differences in ideologies, social systems, and levels of development, respect historical trends, and respond to the call of the times.
On the one hand, China advocates promoting the common values of humanity to build consensus among nations with different beliefs and cultures and from different regions. On the other hand, it maintains that all countries should respect each other's choice of pathway to realize these common values and translate them into concrete and realistic practice to serve the interests of their own people.
